Improve your reach, increase your revenue and streamline your processes with a 360° virtual tour
See It In Action
Planning a wedding venue is a big decision, and couples want to feel confident before committing to a venue. A 360° virtual tour lets them explore your space online, helping them visualize their big day before they even step inside. This immersive experience builds trust, increases engagement, and ultimately drives more bookings—all while saving you time on unnecessary site visits.
How can a 360 tour help your wedding or event venue?
Increase Bookings & Enquiries

Give couples the confidence to book by letting them explore your venue from anywhere, at any time. Being able to virtually walk around your venue will help couples fall in love with your venue from their own home.
Save Time & Reduce Repetitive Walk rounds

A virtual tour allows potential clients to see if your venue is the right fit before arranging an in-person visit saving precious time for your team.
Capture Destination Wedding Bookings

Attract international couples who may not be able to visit you before booking. You will have the tour to hand on video calls which will help the plans.
Answer FAQs Before Couples Even Ask

Add information hotspots to highlight key details such as capacity, catering options, and decor styles, making it easier for clients to make an informed decision. Couples who have booked (and their guests) won't need to ask as many questions to your team.
Ready-to-use content for your marketing

Our 360° camera also generates high-quality images and highlight videos that you can use across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
Boosts you search engine rankings

Google favors interactive content, helping your venue appear higher in search results. You can also integrate the tour into Google My Business and Google Maps.
Provides 24/7 Accessibility

Planning a wedding or event often has to be done in a couple's spare time. Your venue can be open for viewings 24/7 when they're doing their research.
Space planning made easy with measurement tool

At the click of your mouse, you can measure rooms, walls, or anything inside your tour. This makes space planning far easier. You can even remove all the furniture at the click of a button leaving an empty room which may be beneficial for planning too.

-
How much does a Virtual Tour cost?Pricing depends on the size of the space. It starts from around £450 and increases based on the size of the area. If you're unsure of how big your business is, don't worry, we can assess this for you.
-
Are there any monthly or yearly hosting costs?Yes, there’s a yearly hosting charge, which ranges from £50 to £100, depending on your project. To make things simple we include the first year within your inital quote and will be in touch with you a month prior to renew.
-
What information do you need to prepare a quote? To give an accurate quote, here's some of the things you can provide: 1) A floor plan or architect drawing or 2) An idea of square footage or 3) Info on the number of rooms, floors, and ideally the floor space size. The more detail we have the better but if you don't know any of the above, don't worry - we'll help you work it out. (Once your tour is complete you'll instantly receive a floor plan and be able to measure everything in the tour so you will have this information to hand for the future)

-
Can we include people in the tour?In places open to the public we usually scan them empty however if you wish you can include staff in the tour. This is great for places like schools because users can virtually meet the teachers for example.
-
How long until our Virtual Tour is ready? Most scans are uploaded within a few hours after we've shot them. Once uploaded, it may take up to 24 hours for the scan to render and be ready to share.
-
Do you provide BIM files for design applications?Yes! After scanning, we can generate BIM files compatible with software like Autodesk® Revit.
