Welcome to 360 Media, a brand of CRJ Media Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by CRJ Media Ltd, trading as 360 Media (“we,” “our,” “us”). By commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide 360° virtual tours, photography, videography, and related digital media services.
The details of each project (scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur a 10% monthly fee.

• Additional services or variations outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy, staged, and ready before scanning (we do not move furniture or décor).

• Providing safe, uninterrupted access to all areas to be scanned.

• Obtaining any permissions required from landlords, tenants, staff, or guests.

• Ensuring only authorised people are present during scanning. We cannot guarantee removal of people in post-production.

• Accepting that reflections of the camera/tripod may appear in glass or mirrors.

• Accepting that weather and lighting conditions may affect results. Reshoots for these reasons will be chargeable.

• Providing electricity and Wi-Fi if required.

4. Hosting

• All tours are hosted on the Matterport platform via CRJ Media Ltd’s account.

• Tours cannot be transferred to a client-owned Matterport account.

• The first 12 months of hosting are included in your package.

• Renewal is currently £100/year. If Matterport changes its pricing, any increase will be passed on at cost.

• We will always notify you in advance of renewal so you can decide whether to continue hosting.

• If hosting is not renewed, the tour will be archived and may no longer be accessible.

5. Third-Party Software (MPskin & Virtoura)

• Custom navigation, menus, and branding features may be delivered using third-party platforms such as MPskin or Virtoura.

• These services are managed by their own providers and are outside our control.

• We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, discontinued features, or pricing/licensing changes by third-party providers.

• Any licence or subscription fees required will be passed on to you at cost.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot.

• Cancellations within 14 days may be charged up to 50% of the agreed fee.

• If the venue is not ready or access is denied on the day, this will be treated as a cancellation and reshoot fees will apply.

• Rescheduling requested by the client may incur additional charges.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All content (images, tours, video) remains the intellectual property of CRJ Media Ltd until payment is received in full.

• Once paid, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own business marketing.

• Content cannot be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We take reasonable care to deliver high-quality services, but outcomes may be affected by weather, lighting, or third parties outside our control.

• Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
